Abstract

The demands, the environment, and the circumstances of a job are essentially what have an
immediate impact on an employee's satisfaction. To attract and retain brilliant individuals for
the company, various organizations frequently engage in competition that offers enticing
benefits. Depending on their level, work either makes them feel satisfied or makes them tired
and in many cases, discouraged. The employee's job performance is negatively impacted by
unsuitable working environments, such as those that are too noisy, dimly lit, or poorly
organized. A cozy workspace must be established for the office to run well. Employee
morale is higher, and productivity is higher when there is a positive work environment.

Every data collected was analyzed to inform the researchers about the findings. Data
analysis was done manually based on the information provided by the respondents in the
interview. Thus, the researchers will be able to go back to what respondents answer
regarding the questions prepared by the researchers. The analysis focuses on determining
the effects of working conditions on the job performance of employees at the housing and
resettlement office in Caloocan City.

The organization is impacted by greater health insurance expenses and loss of employee
motivation, innovation, and productivity, which results in poorer profitability and customer
loyalty in an undesirable work environment. The more hours worked, the less productive
employees are. This is due to employee fatigue, energy exhaustion, and loss of
concentration, which can result in heart issues and mental health issues. This study's goal is
to enhance the working atmosphere in offices, which has an impact on employees'
productivity.
