Abstract

Be You Salon is a beauty salon or beauty parlor business that offers cosmetic services for
both men and women. In today‘s business environment, social media is a new marketing
tool that all businesses may use to build relationships with potential clients. The reason for
conducting this research is to find out how effective social media is in terms of credibility,
encouragement, and message clarity.

Make the page attractive by posting pictures with good photography and providing promos
and discounts according to the preferences of each group of respondents. The salon owner
must boost service affordability and salon business appeal; the salon must provide attractive
offers for the customers. Spending time responding to customer messages will make the
customer feel important. To make social media advertising more effective, the researchers
recommended the proposed development plan that will help improve the effectiveness of
social media among customers, turning its weaknesses into strengths.
