Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of RPHM Closet's existing
marketing tools, the basis for product promotion in terms of public relations, direct marketing,
advertising, personal selling, and sales promotion.
The results of this study reveal that the majority of the respondents are 21-25 years old,
female, and single, and Employment status is equally divided into employed and
unemployed. The assessment of the two groups of respondents in terms of the variables is
"very effective" There is no significant difference between the assessment of the two groups
of respondents on the level of effectiveness of the existing marketing tools of RPHM Closet
in terms of public relations, direct marketing, advertising, personal selling, and sales
promotion. The issues encountered by the respondents that rank the highest are customers
damaging the items on their own and returning them to the reseller and courier returning the
parcel because the buyer refused to receive the parcel. The solution made by the
respondents to the said issue is the implementation of a down payment first before
processing orders.
This study recommended the following: Building customer loyalty by offering a standout
customer experience by selling quality products. Conduct a monthly Monitoring campaign via
resellers to determine their concerns and suggestions. The information can be gathered
through resellers forums and surveys, as well as through interactions. Determine different
Platforms for posting products and run social media contests to recall brand awareness. It
focuses on having quality feedback shortened and the ability to measure customer
preferences. RPHM Closet will provide no cancellation policy and no refund if the fault is on
the customer. This study proposed a Product Promotion strategies model. This strategy will
be able to promote the service or product that the RPHM Closet will offer and keep the
business profitable by gaining more potential consumers through the use of different
promotion strategies.
