Abstract

The purpose of this study is to show the factors affecting employee retention in gold quad
powder services corporation in terms of employee recognition, sense of belongingness,
employee eagerness, empowerment, and employee engagement.
The researchers found that the employee respondents overall strongly agreed with the
following categories: employee recognition, sense of belongingness, employee eagerness,
empowerment, and employee engagement. The researchers may recommend that
Employers consider what their employees value most.
A transparent pay policy can also help boost employee morale and trust in management,
showing the company compensates its employees fairly. The researchers recommended
that company evaluations must be carried out to guarantee that employees are paid
correctly by the company. Employers can determine whether they are paying their
employees fairly and what other companies are paying for jobs that are similar to their own.
Bonus and incentive programs may help employees earn extra money to meet certain goals.
For example, an employee might receive a bonus for meeting a sales target or completing a
project on time. These programs motivate employees to work hard and achieve results,
rewarding them for their productivity.
