This study is all about the evaluation of improved classroom cleanliness and ambiance by providing cleaning materials and a checklist. Most of the students lack discipline and participation in maintaining the cleanliness of the school. Providing the cleaning materials and cleaning checklist motivates and engages the students to do their cleaning tasks responsibly. The importance of conducting this study is to help the teachers, administrators, and students to know how to keep their classroom clean to have a good classroom ambiance. This study used a descriptive research design and survey method to easily gather the data needed. The researchers used convenience sampling because based on the availability of the respondents. The respondents were composed of 50Grade 12 Accountancy, Business, and Management (ABM)students from sections 12-01 up to 12-09. Based on the results of the study, providing cleaning materials and checklist helped Grade 12 ABM students in maintaining the cleanliness of the classroom in terms of the following: (1) cleaning materials (providing cleaning materials is an extremely effective way to help the students in maintaining the cleanliness of their classroom; it is extremely helpful to urge them in cleaning their classroom) and (2) cleaning checklist (providing cleaning checklist is an extremely helpful way for the students to monitor and check the tasks that they need to do; it helps them to be responsible in cleaning their classroom before leaving). To effectively maintain the cleanliness of the classroom, the following recommendations were made: (1) Cleaning materials that are enough and durable should be provided for the students to have no reasons not to clean their room before and after classes, and (2) cleaning checklists that will monitor the accomplished tasks of the cleaners should be provided to effectively provide sanctions for non-compliant students.
