Feasibility Study on Establishment of Posto Segreto in Timog Metro Manila, Quezon City

Nowadays, people are being exhausted from an extremely stressful day at work or personal problems and do not know how to relieve their stress. However, some people go to different places of entertainment, but they only experience the same routine repeatedly. Hence, the researchers came up a nightclub business that offers different types of entertainment where people can pass some time, recharge, and relieve from a stressful day at work and hang out with their friends or loved ones. The researchers wanted to change and improve the idea of clubbing by making customers feel the life in the beach and achieve business goals by giving 100% customer satisfaction experience and build strong commitment to the loyal customer. Descriptive method, specifically survey, was used to achieve the objective of this study. The researchers looked for 50 respondents in Timog, Quezon City, with the gender/frequency of 27 males and 23 females. The survey questionnaire included 12 questions regarding the products, services, location, and promotional activities of the business. This survey was conducted to its target market, such as office and restaurant workers, ABS-CBN/GMA celebrities, event fashion models, and partygoers nearby the location, as well as businessmen. This study also utilized financial statement to determine the capital needed to realize the feasibility study. Based on the result of the survey, in 4Ps used by the researchers, 90% said “Yes,” and 10% said “No” in 12 questions given to 50 respondents. In terms of the financial aspect, Posto Segreto is truly profitable as proven in the ROI computation consisting of $37.62 INR 2020 and expecting to increase it in the following years. With the support of the gathered data, the researchers assured that the business has a higher profitability level and can maintain excellent financial condition by the effectiveness of the maximizing management revenue and minimizing all the cost for its operation.
