Abstract

This research focused on how recycling will benefit every individual, specifically grade 12 Accountancy, Business, and Management (ABM) Strandstudents at Bestlink College of the Philippines. The researchers wanted to clarify the nature of recycling because it will help our environment, encourage people to recycle every waste, and discipline the students in terms of proper waste disposal. The researchers used the qualitative method. The research involved 50 selected Grade 12 ABM strand students. Three variables, such as saving money from buying new raw materials and enhancing the students’ creativity regarding arts, were the advantages of recycling. Creativeness is a behavior that serves as an advantage from recycling because it will avoid the high cost of purchasing new products. Instead of buying raw materials, the students can also sell recycled products at an affordable price. This research showed that wrong behavior could lead to such as improper waste disposal, which can affect the environment. The results also showed how people should act accordingly. The students will also learn how to make a recycled curtain that will benefit the environment and themselves.
