Abstract

Crinkles are delicious, soft, and fudge-like cookies that are coated with confectioners’ sugar. Originally, crinkles are baked with chocolates. The researchers added vegetable, that is, squash, to the original version of crinkles. This study used experimental research. The researchers utilized simple random sampling to select the respondents. Survey questionnaires were used to gather data. Squash crinkles were assessed in terms of variables such as taste, texture, nutritional value, competitiveness, and presentation. The results showed that the product was acceptable in terms of all variables, with a weighted mean of 3.76. The respondents recommended that the product should be improved. Further study on the marketability of squash crinkles is important for business purposes.
