The goal of community-based rehabilitation programs is to help people reintegrate into their families and communities while educating them about the wrongness of their actions and the need to cease repeating them. It also includes helping someone live their life. This study used the descriptive method. The survey was conducted using a questionnaire given to ten barangay employees of the Barangay Commonwealth in Quezon City, ten parents of CICL, and ten children who were in legal trouble. In order to deliver the survey questionnaire to parents of CICL, barangay personnel in Barangay Commonwealth, Quezon City, and children in legal trouble, the researchers asked the research consultant for authorization. Requesting their consent will greatly facilitate their completion of the survey, which we will then compile to produce a result. The findings of this study showed that most respondents "strongly agree" that community-based rehabilitation programs, such as parent counseling, alternative learning systems, and community service, are important for children who are in legal trouble. Additionally, it was determined that the biggest issue was the parents' lack of cooperation. The respondents may suggest that successful cooperating parents are the answer. The researcher respectfully puts forth the following recommendations: First, parents should employ effective communication strategies that are appropriate for their child's age and personality. This encompasses active listening, the use of positive reinforcement, and the establishment of clear boundaries. Additionally, parenting counseling has been shown to be beneficial in addressing behavioral challenges. Second, barangay employees should take an active role in promoting access to education for youth within their community. Third, it is essential for juveniles to receive a proper education to diminish the chances of engaging in delinquent activities. Education offers juveniles constructive alternatives and aids in breaking the cycle of crime and incarceration. Fourth, parents should secure stable employment to exemplify the importance of hard work and responsibility. Finally, it is crucial to enhance parenting practices to tackle underlying issues that may lead to delinquent behavior, such as substance abuse, mental health concerns, trauma, or family conflicts.
