The enrollment management system enables educational institutions to streamline the online admission and enrollment process. The enrollment software saves a lot of time and effort for administrative staff. The enrollment system of St. John of Beverly School is used to enroll students for the academic year. St. John of Beverly High School is located on Quirino Highway, Novaliches, Quezon City, Metro Manila. This system increases overall productivity by helping track students who have already enrolled. This research was conducted to improve the school’s enrollment system and eliminate the hassle of long lines and delays for students and guardians. This research focuses solely on improving the enrollment system (ES) and supporting school employees. The process of the SDLC Waterfall Model consists of seven phases, starting with system planning, followed by data analysis, system design, system development, system testing, system implementation, and finally, system maintenance. In the first phase, the planning phase, the researchers conducted questionnaires for an exclusive interview with the client and set up a meeting to understand the procedures used. During the analysis phase, the researchers interviewed the client and collected all the necessary details about the students. In the design phase, the researchers created the system design based on the client's suggestions. During the development phase, the researchers built a system to assist teachers in reducing hassle when processing application forms. The final phases include testing, implementation, and maintenance. The proponents conclude that the enrollment system is ready for use and that the client's problems have been solved. Students and teachers are satisfied with the system, as it is now fully functional. The enrollment system is capable of streamlining the enrollment process and expediting the submission of requirements. The researchers developed the system to be functional and ready for use.
