ONLINE PRINTING SERVICE SYSTEM FOR PRINT MY SHIRT SHOP

Abstract

The Online Printing Service System for Print My Shirt Shop is a web-based platform designed for customizing and purchasing printed products. It provides a user-friendly interface that allows customers to select from a variety of products, including t-shirts, mugs, keyholders, and more, and personalize them by uploading their own designs. This system enhances the entire printing process, from customization to delivery, while ensuring a secure and seamless online shopping experience. The system was developed using the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Waterfall Model, which includes seven phases: system planning, data analysis, system design, system development, system testing, system implementation, and maintenance. Requirements were gathered through interviews, and the system was designed accordingly. Various tools were used in the development process, including Draw.io for flowcharts, Canva for system blueprints, Visual Studio Code for programming, XAMPP for server management, and phpMyAdmin for database handling. The system enables users to effortlessly order and customize printed products, providing a fast and convenient printing experience. It successfully integrates key features such as user authentication, a diverse product catalog, file upload functionality, secure payment processing, shipping and delivery management, and communication channels, ensuring a streamlined and organized transaction process. The Online Printing Service System for Print My Shirt Shop addresses challenges such as disorganized order management, inefficient processes, and a limited range of services. This solution enhances order handling, expands customer reach, and improves overall operational efficiency, significantly benefiting both the business and its clients.
