Abstract

Carrier collaboration and API solutions are transforming how carriers communicate and operate, improving connection, interaction, and coordination within logistics management. One of the key concerns in logistic management systems is the partnership between carriers and client satisfaction. To meet stakeholder expectations, a solution must be implemented to streamline carrier operations. This research aims to enhance LMS functionality by developing a centralized portal where carriers can communicate, manage data, and be assessed by the admin to ensure they meet client requirements based on specified descriptions. This study employs the Agile methodology to promote flexibility, teamwork, and stakeholder engagement. After establishing carrier collaboration with API solutions and contract management, connections were formed to enable carrier certification and acceptance. Once all necessary modifications were made and the database was established, the API was integrated to ensure seamless functionality. The next phase focused on system integration, where all modules worked in harmony to create a centralized platform for logistics management. With all APIs successfully established and integrated into various modules, the system was successfully implemented. The ability to fetch files across modules, such as contract management, was achieved, marking one of the primary objectives of this research. Additionally, a carrier portal and management system was developed, allowing carriers to communicate and access dashboard features efficiently. Through carrier collaboration and API integration, logistics partners can enhance visibility, optimize workflows, and improve efficiency. Future enhancements to this system will further optimize carrier performance and client satisfaction. It is important to note that this research focuses solely on handling carrier information and data integration and does not involve any financial transactions.
