It explores key factors influencing employability, including curriculum relevance, acquired skills, and industry demands. By analyzing these elements, the research provides valuable insights into the career prospects of MAPEH graduates in the local job market and identifies potential areas for curriculum and training improvements to enhance their employment opportunities. This study explores the employability rate of MAPEH (Music, Arts, Physical Education, and Health) graduates from Bestlink College of the Philippines, providing insights into their employment status and career prospects. It aims to identify the key factors influencing their employability, including curriculum relevance, acquired skills, and industry demands, to better understand the challenges graduates face in securing jobs within their field. The research employs a descriptive quantitative design, utilizing a survey questionnaire to gather data on the factors affecting MAPEH graduates' employment outcomes. The study focuses on 50 MAPEH graduates from the 2018–2019 batch, selected through purposive sampling. Findings from this study may serve as a basis for curriculum enhancement, skill development, and career readiness initiatives, ultimately improving graduates' job prospects in the field. This study revealed that the majority of MAPEH graduates have not pursued or enrolled in master’s programs. Their academic performance is often influenced by disciplinary referrals, as intellectual abilities vary among graduates and educators. A favorable learning environment was also identified as a significant factor in choosing MAPEH as a major, as it enhances teaching effectiveness. Regarding career paths, many graduates seek opportunities abroad as teachers, particularly when offered higher salaries and better professional prospects. Additionally, a large number of graduates plan to take the Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET) and the Civil Service Examination to improve their career stability and professional growth. To enhance the employability rate of MAPEH graduates, the researchers recommend several key strategies. Teachers can support graduates by providing a list of schools actively hiring MAPEH educators. Additionally, the school administration should conduct an annual seminar on employment trends, where successful graduates can share their experiences and best practices to improve teaching quality and career preparedness. Moreover, MAPEH graduates should cultivate a positive mindset, remaining resilient and proactive in navigating the job market. These recommendations aim to expand job opportunities, enhance teaching standards, and equip graduates with the knowledge and confidence to succeed in their careers.
