This study examines the essential elements of student practice teaching at the College of Education. By evaluating key factors, it provides a framework for recommendations that promote effective teaching practices and ensure comprehensive training for future educators. Addressing gaps in teacher education is crucial to equipping aspiring teachers with the necessary skills, knowledge, and support to succeed. The study aims to analyze these elements and their impact on the overall quality of student practice teaching, contributing to the continuous improvement of teacher education and better preparing educators for future challenges. This study employs a descriptive approach, focusing on systematically analyzing the characteristics of the population, situation, or phenomenon. Instead of addressing complex "why" questions, it explores "what," "where," "when," and "how" aspects. To thoroughly assess these elements, the study integrates multiple research tools, ensuring a comprehensive analysis of the subject matter through a multimodal methodology. This approach enhances the study by providing a deeper understanding of the complexities inherent in the research question. The study identifies key factors influencing practice teaching among fourth-year students. The presentation of lessons received a strong agreement with an average weighted mean of 3.57. The quality of instruction was strongly agreed upon, with an average weighted mean of 3.49. The teaching climate was also strongly agreed upon, with an average weighted mean of 3.58. Classroom management received a strong agreement, with an average weighted mean of 3.52, while professional behaviors were similarly rated at 3.52. According to McClain, the learning environment and interpersonal dynamics significantly influence students. This study provides a comprehensive understanding of the factors affecting student practice teaching. It not only identifies areas for improvement but also offers practical recommendations to enhance educational standards at Bestlink College of the Philippines. The findings have the potential to shape future educational policies and practices by emphasizing the impact of external factors on a learner’s knowledge, skills, and attitudes.
