Abstract

A fulfilling career offers numerous benefits, including financial stability and personal satisfaction, which collectively enhance overall happiness. For educators, job satisfaction is particularly crucial, as it directly influences their effectiveness in the classroom and the well-being of their students. This study examines the factors influencing teacher satisfaction, including salary, flexibility, and coworker relationships, using a quantitative correlational research design. Thirty Business Administration teachers from Best link College of the Philippines at MV Campus participated, selected through convenience sampling. Surveys were administered to assess their job satisfaction and productivity levels. The findings provide valuable insights into the factors influencing teacher satisfaction and productivity. The strong positive correlation (r = 0.8796, p = 0.00001) between job satisfaction and productivity underscores the significant impact that satisfaction with various job aspects can have on teachers' performance. Enhancing teacher job satisfaction and productivity is essential for fostering a positive educational environment and improving student outcomes. Implementing targeted strategies can lead to significant improvements in both areas. Competitive Compensation and Benefits:  Offer attractive salary packages and comprehensive benefits to recognize teachers' contributions and reduce turnover.
