This study aims to investigate the relationship between job satisfaction and employee performance within the organization. The primary objectives include identifying the factors that influence job satisfaction, evaluating performance indicators that are impacted by job satisfaction, and understanding how the two variables are interconnected. Furthermore, the study seeks to explore the role of job satisfaction in enhancing employee engagement and retention, with the goal of improving overall organizational performance. Through this research, the study will provide valuable insights into how companies can foster a more motivated and high-performing workforce. The researchers used a correlational research design to investigate the relationship between job satisfaction and employee performance. The study involved fifty-three (53) respondents from Lamonte Sales and Merchandising Specialist Inc. in Quezon City. Data was collected through survey questionnaires, which were used to assess the levels of job satisfaction and performance among the employees. This methodology enabled the researchers to analyze the connection between these two variables and understand how job satisfaction influences employee performance within the company. The majority of respondents were female, under 25 years old, rank-and-file employees, and had less than one year of employment experience. Most respondents expressed agreement with statements related to employee performance, as well as with factors affecting job satisfaction, such as job design and variety, job security, work environment, and compensation and benefits. The study found a significant correlation between job satisfaction and employee performance. Additionally, many respondents suggested that training and seminars would be beneficial in improving both job satisfaction and employee performance. This study aimed to examine the relationship between job satisfaction and employee performance at Lamonte Sales and Merchandising Specialist Inc. in Quezon City. The researchers collected demographic information, including gender, age, job level, and years of employment. Employee performance was assessed based on punctuality, skills, target achievement, and rewards and recognition. Job satisfaction was evaluated in terms of job design and variety, job security, work environment, and compensation and benefits. The findings aimed to provide insights into how job satisfaction influences employee performance.
