The study offers valuable insights into the demographic characteristics of the faculty at CLASJ and their perceptions of factors influencing productivity. Given the small sample size of 30 participants, it's important to interpret these findings with caution, acknowledging the limitations inherent in such studies.  Demographic Profile:  Gender: A significant majority of the faculty are female (73.33%).   Age: Most faculty members are between 24-28 years old (56.67%). Educational Qualification: All participants hold bachelor's degrees, with an average score of 96.67%. Length of Service: Faculty tenure varies, with some having 0-1 year of service, while others have 6 or more years. Perceptions of Factors Influencing Productivity:  Compensation: Faculty overwhelmingly agree that they receive their salary on time (99.97%). Promotion: A majority are satisfied with the promotions and benefits provided by the institution (93.57%). Quality of Work: Despite workload challenges, faculty maintain high work quality (96.93%). Time Management: Most faculty strongly agree on the importance of maintaining a to-do list for effective task management (98.33%). Number of Tasks: Faculty feel capable of assisting colleagues even when managing heavy workloads (97.80%). Statistical Analysis:  Your hypothesis testing indicates a highly positive relationship between the factors influencing employee productivity.
