The effectiveness of candidate assessment strategies plays a vital role in making informed hiring decisions and cultivating a successful work environment. This study focuses on the evaluation and selection processes at MD Juan Enterprises Incorporated. It aims to pinpoint areas of improvement within the company's hiring procedures and offer actionable recommendations that will enhance the effectiveness, fairness, efficiency, and overall quality of the recruitment process. By optimizing these practices, the study seeks to support MD Juan Enterprises in selecting the most qualified candidates, contributing to a more dynamic and productive organizational culture. This study employed a mixed-methods approach, combining both qualitative and quantitative research strategies. Guided by Human Capital Theory, in-depth interviews were conducted with five Human Resources managers at MD Juan Enterprises, Inc. The interviews aimed to explore their experiences and perspectives on the company's candidate evaluation and selection processes. The responses were gathered using semi-structured questions that allowed for an open discussion on the strengths and areas for improvement in the hiring process. Additionally, a quantitative "organizational alignment" analysis was performed to assess how well the company's hiring practices align with its strategic goals and values. This involved reviewing relevant HR policies, procedures, and documentation related to recruitment and selection to determine the degree of consistency between the organization's hiring practices and its overarching objectives. This mixed-methods approach provided a comprehensive understanding of MD Juan Enterprises' current hiring practices and their effectiveness in meeting organizational goals. The involvement of HR managers in this study was instrumental in shaping the research on MD Juan Enterprises Incorporated's evaluation and selection procedures. Their valuable input provided a deeper understanding of the company's current hiring practices, helping identify both strengths and areas for improvement. Through their insights, the study was able to offer tailored recommendations designed to optimize the recruitment process, ensuring better alignment with the organization’s strategic goals. By refining these practices, MD Juan Enterprises can enhance its ability to attract top talent, improve employee retention, and drive long-term organizational success. Ultimately, these improvements will contribute to the company's continued growth and competitive edge in the industry. The findings highlight the need for MD Juan Enterprises Incorporated to refine its hiring process to better align with its organizational goals and foster long-term growth and success. To optimize the company's talent acquisition strategy, it is recommended to implement comprehensive assessment exams, enhance the interview process for more accurate candidate evaluation, and offer greater support for candidates throughout their journey. Prioritizing relevant experience, along with providing clear development opportunities for employees, will not only attract high-quality talent but also contribute to employee retention and professional growth. By making these strategic improvements, MD Juan Enterprises can strengthen its hiring practices, ensuring they are more effective, aligned with company objectives, and capable of supporting future success.
