In today’s unpredictable world, businesses must be equipped to navigate unforeseen challenges to ensure long-term success. Crises, whether internal or external, can disrupt operations, impact stakeholders, and threaten organizational stability. Companies that maintain momentum despite these disruptions demonstrate resilience, but this requires strategic foresight and proactive crisis management. Implementing preventive strategies is crucial, allowing businesses to anticipate potential risks, mitigate their impact, and adapt effectively to an ever-evolving business landscape. This study utilized a quantitative research design to systematically collect and analyze numerical data. It employed close-ended questions, typically used in attitude and performance assessments, to gather precise and measurable insights. The collected data were subjected to statistical analysis to effectively address research questions and test hypotheses. By emphasizing numerical evaluation, this approach ensures objectivity and provides a comprehensive understanding of trends, relationships, and patterns relevant to the study. The companies adopted a proactive approach, embedding preparedness as a fundamental aspect of their business strategy. Although respondents had minimal direct experience with crises, the study underscores the vital role of strategic crisis management and preparedness in strengthening organizational resilience. By anticipating potential challenges and implementing preventive measures, businesses can effectively mitigate risks, maintain stability, and ensure long-term success. This study utilized a quantitative research design to evaluate the crisis preparedness of selected IT companies in Cubao, Quezon City. The results indicated that these companies adopted a proactive approach, placing a strong emphasis on preparedness as a key component of their business strategy. Although the respondents did not have direct crisis experience, the study underscores the significance of proactive crisis management and preparedness strategies in ensuring organizational resilience. It is essential for companies to understand that preparedness is a continuous process that requires regular updates and adjustments to keep pace with changing circumstances. As Benjamin Franklin wisely said, "By failing to prepare, you are preparing to fail." Therefore, businesses must prioritize proactive planning and allocate necessary resources to ensure they are capable of navigating potential crises and maintaining long-term success.
