Abstract

A workplace is a dynamic environment where individuals collaborate to achieve organizational goals. It encompasses policies, practices, tools, and cultural factors that collectively influence employee performance, either positively or negatively. This research aims to explore the relationship between the ethical dimensions of authentic leadership and employee productivity, considering the moderating role of the work environment and the mediating effect of the leader-employee relationship. Ultimately, the study investigates how a leader’s transparency, integrity, and accessibility shape workplace interactions and contribute to overall organizational success. Quantitative research systematically examines phenomena using numerical data, statistical analysis, and computational methods. This study utilizes the Likert Scale in employee productivity surveys to gain meaningful insights. By analyzing responses, it identifies areas for improvement, understands employee perspectives and concerns, and facilitates the implementation of targeted strategies to enhance productivity and overall job satisfaction. The findings emphasize the key factors affecting employee productivity in the workplace. A significant number of respondents strongly agreed that an effective management style is essential in motivating and inspiring employees. Additionally, continuous training and development were identified as crucial for knowledge and skill retention. Moreover, the integration of advanced technology and equipment was acknowledged for its role in enhancing job efficiency and streamlining tasks. The findings emphasize the importance of cultivating a positive work environment where employees feel valued, motivated, and engaged. This can be achieved through effective communication, well-defined goals, and strong, supportive leadership. Furthermore, the study highlights the crucial role of accountability, transparency, and trust in fostering productive teamwork and efficient problem-solving.
