Sushi-Pastil Fusion is a business that offers food products, sushi utilizing pastil, which is dry-shredded chicken infused by the typical method of making sushi with medium-grain white rice. Sushi-Pastloaf, Sushi-Pastham, and Sushi-Pasdog are a few of the unique flavors that this product will offer to its consumers, served with a well-known beverage, which is gulaman. 

 

The proponents consider how the blending of these disparate culinary traditions may produce a story that transcends borders. Their goal is to promote two meals. To foster a deeper comprehension of the cross-cultural exchange that is represented in every dish, it explores the cultural and historical background of Japanese and Filipino cuisine in addition to flavor. A roadside food cart will be located at 11 Sapphire, Novaliches, 1117 Metropolitan Manila, Quezon City.
