Abstract

Pita Bites operates under a well-defined organizational structure, divided into key functional areas: operations, kitchen production, marketing, sales, and logistics. Each department has specific responsibilities to ensure the smooth and efficient execution of daily business activities. The kitchen production team is responsible for preparing all menu items using standardized recipes, ensuring consistent taste, quality, and food safety. The operations team oversees critical backend functions such as budgeting, supplier coordination, and inventory control, helping to allocate resources effectively and maintain an uninterrupted supply chain. Marketing efforts at Pita Bites are executed through both digital and traditional channels. The marketing team focuses on building brand awareness through social media campaigns, printed flyers, in-person product sampling, and direct customer engagement, all aimed at attracting and retaining customers. Additionally, the team has developed a comprehensive financial plan to assess the business’s feasibility and long-term sustainability, supporting informed strategic decision-making. Financially, Pita Bites is well-positioned for strong performance. Projected monthly sales are estimated at ₱34,960, with associated costs totaling ₱22,500, resulting in a gross income of ₱12,460. After deducting operating expenses of ₱5,990, the net income amounts to ₱6,470. This translates to a return on investment (ROI) of 49.77%, based on an initial capital of ₱85,000.
