Abstract

The Nodado Hospital Management System Core II integrates advanced AI technologies to optimize key healthcare services, specifically in Pharmacy, Laboratory, and Therapeutic functions. The inclusion of QR code functionality streamlines patient record handling, enhances prescription accuracy, and improves overall service delivery. AI-driven tools assist in pharmaceutical and medication management, ensuring precise prescriptions and dosages while minimizing the risk of human error. In laboratory services, AI accelerates diagnostics and provides reliable results more efficiently. This integrated system is designed to enhance patient outcomes, reduce operational costs, and improve overall hospital workflow and efficiency. The system was developed using the Agile project management methodology, which enabled iterative and flexible development cycles tailored to the dynamic needs of the healthcare environment. Agile's adaptability was particularly valuable in addressing the complex and frequently changing requirements of hospital operations. This approach allowed for continuous feedback and enhancement, ensuring the system remained responsive to the needs of healthcare professionals, hospital administrators, and patients. The implementation of the Nodado Hospital Management System Core II using Agile methodology led to a system capable of delivering essential features in regular, incremental releases. The development process demonstrated the system’s adaptability to user feedback and evolving healthcare demands. Key modules—Pharmacy, Laboratory, and Therapeutic Services—benefited from AI integration, enabling faster diagnostics, improved medication safety, and more efficient therapeutic workflows. These improvements contributed to operational efficiency and higher quality of care within the hospital setting. The success of the system highlights the applicability of Agile methodology in health technology development. While Agile proved effective in accommodating changes and incorporating feedback, it also presented challenges such as scope management and integration complexity. The study emphasizes the critical importance of collaboration, continuous testing, and responsiveness to user needs. Focused on Pharmacy, Laboratory, and Therapeutic services, the project demonstrates how AI and flexible methodologies can drive meaningful advancements in hospital management systems, ultimately supporting better patient care and organizational efficiency.
