This study focuses on developing a computerized appointment system for Love Memoir's Recovery (LMR) Therapy Center to reduce paperwork and streamline administrative tasks. The system aims to improve operational efficiency, enhance the accuracy of client records, and provide a better user experience for both therapists and clients. Key features include automated booking, real-time notifications, and improved reporting tools. Ultimately, this study highlights how technology can enhance service delivery and support the long-term development of the therapy center. The researcher conducted interviews with clients to identify the essential needs and challenges that the appointment system should resolve. The system was developed using the Waterfall Model, a structured, step-by-step approach. Each phase—from requirement analysis to maintenance—was thoroughly executed to ensure the system effectively manages client appointments and related information. The appointment system reduces paper dependency by digitizing client records, allowing therapists to input, update, and manage essential information efficiently. It also includes reporting features that generate valuable insights, such as client enrollment rates and diagnostic patterns. Overall, the system improves workflow efficiency and enhances the quality of care provided by therapists. Managing client information manually poses significant challenges for therapists, often leading to inefficiencies and errors. To overcome these issues, a comprehensive appointment management system was developed to simplify scheduling and record-keeping tasks. The system allows therapists to easily save, update, and delete client data, significantly minimizing administrative burdens while improving accuracy and overall workflow efficiency.
