Abstract

The Food Court Stall Information System proposed a fast and organized way to store tenant
information. Prior to the proposed system, the details of each tenant are manually entered into
spreadsheet files and logbooks as part of the recording process. Due to the fact that all the
information is recorded on paper, there is a huge risk of losing all the data. The purpose of this
study is to simplify the process for the admin and staff to store the tenant's information.

This system provides an easy way to store, update, and save time tracking the tenant's
information. It can also export data to spreadsheet files, and it generates an invoice. With this
system, the invoice can be sent to tenants by using Gmail. In order to track the different tasks
done inside the system, it has an audit trail that will list all the activities.

This capstone project, entitled Food Court Stall Information System of Bestlink College in
Millionaires Village Campus, is a system designed to be used to record tenant information.
The use of the previously mentioned system will eliminate the complexities of the work of the
OSAS administrator and staff in recording and tracking each tenant's information.
