Abstract

This research is entitled A Proposed Student Information System for Nagkaisang Nayon
Elementary School, made to design and implement a computerized student information
management system specifically tailored to Nagkaisang Nayon Elementary School. The
primary goal of this research is to streamline and enhance the process of handling and storing
student-related information, thereby facilitating a more efficient and effective management
approach for Nagkaisang Nayon Elementary School.

The outcome of the development process has been largely positive, as evidenced by the
client's satisfaction with the system we have constructed. The final product aligns with their
expectations and demonstrates our ability to meet their specific requirements.

The system is designed to store student information digitally within a secure and centralized
database. It is able to maintain and access the records as needed without the limitations of
traditional paper-based methods. The system offers advantages by digitizing this process and
integrating it into a comprehensive database. It simplifies data entry and retrieval and reduces
the risk of errors, data loss, and inconsistencies that can arise from manual practices.
Furthermore, the system provides a user-friendly interface, allowing authorized personnel to
easily access and manage student records while ensuring data privacy and security. In
conclusion, implementing this system at Nagkaisang Nayon Elementary School has the
potential to help how student information is stored, leading to enhanced efficiency,
organization, and overall effectiveness in the school's administrative processes.
