Abstract

We, the team, are now working on an upgraded and updated system from which patients will
benefit, specifically in their health care. The problem faced is that patients are now struggling
when it comes to their health. They are clueless about what they should do and what they
should eat before and after they are hospitalized. They are not aware of who will be the one
they will contact in case of an emergency regarding their health. It has a huge impact on every
ill patient, especially senior citizens who spend more time waiting because they don’t have any
appointments. This system will help the patients in a very easy way. Appointing surgery for
them, a diet management system that they use as a guide in their meal before and after their
surgery. Laboratory management for their different tests, HMO, and Insurance for the
discounted bill.

The developers' discovery is significant in resolving issues in the core transaction 2 area; the
majority of these issues stem from the manual data collection procedure. By creating a system
that is efficient and effective in terms of data collection and file management, this widespread
issue has been successfully resolved. The system solution was proposed by the proponents,
who have already satisfied the product owner, the medical professionals, and the hospital
staff.

By collecting data, managing the file information, and handling the doctor's data, this study will
assist the future researcher in providing information and understanding the study's criteria,
giving access to a system that can assist in obtaining data and is intended to be
effective/efficient in the field of data gathering. Develop a system that can handle internal
issues.
