Abstract

Messy Pastillas are colorful milk candies that are delicious to eat. Our Messy pastillas are
made extra yummy with various flavors. Our product is inspired by the famous “messy
cookies.” Our messy pastillas business comes in four flavors: plain pastillas, messy pastillas,
cookies n’ cream, and messy cookies n’ cream. It was conceptualized in the (2nd) week of
February 2023 and is planned to be located at Pasong Tamo, Quezon City.

To guarantee the smooth running of the business for our customers, each employee will be
appointed based on their appropriate roles and responsibilities. It involves a Store/HR
manager, cashier, 2 product makers, and crew. In terms of providing our customers
satisfaction with our product and services, we ensure that we are having activities that can
fulfill their needs. We also have activities that can attract customers, such as having our
promotional materials and social media accounts where we can promote our product. The
competitive edge or the unique quality of our product over other pastillas is that our product is
freshly made by the employees, and also the ingredients are 100% natural and no
preservatives added.

Due to its anticipated financial plan, Sweets from Tuesday has the ability to accomplish any of
its objectives, provide excellent goods or services, develop loyal customers, and run
effectively.
