Abstract

Pienalo is a homemade delicacy that refers to the better version of pie. The Pienalo began on
February 12, 2023, through the collaborative ideas of five members and provides the following
main flavors and add-ons: Bangus pie, choco mallow, ham and cheese pie, and beverages
such as iced tea, sago gulaman, and lemonade, plus the dessert mais conyelo. The members
ventured with this kind of business due to the trend and because it would satisfy customers'


cravings. The business primarily operates at #409 Area 6 A Sitio Cabuyao Sauyo, District 6
Quezon City, perfectly established around the target market area adjacent across the street
that will be easily located by the customers.
Will the five researchers' proposed business be established under a partnership-type
business structure with an investment of 10,000 per member, totaling 50,000 pesos for start-
up capital?


Each employee will be appointed based on their expertise with corresponding duties and
responsibilities to ensure a smooth flow of business operations. It also shows that each
personnel is liable and committed to the day-to-day management of the business. In terms of
age, the range of 10–54 years old is the primary target market; this includes students,
professionals, and individuals. In terms of gender, all-gender customers are considered the
primary target of the business.
