Abstract

The focus of this study is to determine the level of effectiveness of the human resource hiring
process in private companies to aim for growth and success.


This study sought to determine the demographic profile of the respondents in terms of sex,
age, civil status, and job position of employees from private companies. The human resource
prior is the level of effectiveness of the private employees, the specific items do the
respondent’s recruitment, selection, training, performance, and motivation.


It presents a summary of findings based on the gathered data, conclusions, and
recommendations that were made in relation to the problems in question and directions for
this study. The aim of this study was to determine the Level of Effectiveness of Human
Resources in Private Company Growth and Success in Brgy. 163 Sta Quiteria Caloocan City.
