Abstract

The aim of the study is to determine the effectiveness of social media marketing cosmetic
products among selected customers In Novaliches Quezon City in terms of age, gender,
frequent use of social media, time spent, and socio-economic budget.


The researchers assessed the effectiveness of social media marketing in terms of customer
attention, customer interest, customer desire, and customer action. The problems
encountered include lack of customer service, Poor internet connection, not the right platform
for concern and Irrelevant content, and others as Problems encountered by customers in
social media marketing.
