Abstract

The purpose of the research is to assess customer's satisfaction with using the food delivery
service courier app in Camarin Caloocan City in terms of price, product quality, service quality,
image, and brand and to evaluate the delivery service of the food courier in terms of reliability,
response, and behavior. How can the findings of the study be utilized in crafting an
enhancement program to improve customer satisfaction?


According to the study's findings, the evaluation of the delivery service of food courier is very
satisfactory in terms of reliability, response, and behavior, and when it comes to the level of
customer satisfaction with using the food delivery courier app, it is very satisfied in terms of
price, product quality, service quality, image, and brand. Problems encountered include
delayed deliveries, damaged packages, lost packages, and stolen packages.


The researchers suggest considering the needs of consumers, such as giving discounts and
promos in the food delivery app and continuing to innovate the food courier app to attract
potential users. To be able to enhance customer satisfaction when using food delivery
couriers. The researchers would like to recommend an enhancement program that assists in
improving their business and turning weaknesses into strengths.
