Abstract

This study aims to determine the implication of acquisition of knowledge among graduates of
BS Hospitality Management of Bestlink College of the Philippines A.Y 2021-2022 in terms of
Academic and non-academic Learning, Acquisition of Knowledge, Behavior, and Skills
Performance.

This study anticipates using modern technology during their training. Prior to online training,
BSHM students had difficulty acquiring knowledge and developing skills. They prefer a job
that is skill-based. Therefore, the proponents suggest an Ergonomic Workstation guide by
W.E Upjohn Institute for Employment Research for an Online-Based OJT workstation.

The researchers emphasize the importance of creating a comfortable and healthy study space
for students to improve academic performance, time management, and memory. The items
chosen for the home office or study space should be selected based on their ability to enhance
productivity while promoting good health.
