Abstract

A company's success is strongly influenced by its company culture. A company may attract
and keep quality employees with the help of the appropriate organizational culture. Also, it can
enhance employees' productivity and provide the company with a competitive edge. The daily
experience at a company is created by its culture. Positive and productive experiences are
encouraged by a strong company culture. Also, when workers enjoy their time at work, they
constantly feel more motivated to come to work ever day.


The result of the study revealed that most of the employees moderately agree that company
culture has an effect on their productivity in terms of (1) Employee empowerment- Employees
frequently receive feedback from their supervisor to increase productivity, which is one of the
important helps and makes your employees feel more confident in their performance and
more committed to demonstrating to act positively. (2) Recognition and rewards- Employees
moderately agree that they receive praise and rewards when they complete tasks promptly,
which is what matters most to the employees to be acknowledged by the supervisors because
it can help them to be more productive.


The result demonstrates that most of the employees in their department are not young enough
to experience the company culture. The company and supervisors should encourage
employees of different ages and levels of experience to feel more comfortable in their roles
and encourage diversity and equality in its recruitment and advancement processes to make
sure that all workers, no matter their gender, age, or position, feel valued and appreciated.
The employees should feel free to voice their opinions, offer suggestions, report problems,
ask questions, and offer criticism in a comfortable environment. A monthly conference must
be implemented to help employees share their ideas with others and to sustain a strong
relationship with their organizations.
