Abstract

The impact of the COVID-19 pandemic has demonstrated the significance of remote call
center services for ensuring business continuity, reducing risk, and addressing workforce
insecurities. The public's perception of employees who work from home is rapidly evolving.
In recent years, work-from-home outsourcing has been linked to necessities like order
processing or controlling seasonal spikes. In order to sustain the nation's economic
recovery, the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) has reportedly expanded the
work-from-home program and urged employers and employees to adopt telecommuting
programs jointly. Department Order 237, which was signed by Labor Secretary Bienvenido
Laguesma on Friday, September 16, contained the updated implementing rules and
regulations of the telecommuting law, or Republic Act 11165.


Most of the Call Center Agents of Alorica Company, Quezon City are 26 – 30 years old,

than on-site arrangement and last Productivity, the respondents are more productive in WFH
than on-site Arrangement.


The researchers suggest Work from Home Arrangement because Workplace flexibility and
agility are increased by working from home. Employees may be better suited and more
willing to work flexible hours, such as earlier or later in the day or even on the weekends if
they are no longer confined to an office. This could assist you in meeting certain business
needs, such as when dealing with clients who are located in different time zones.
