Employees are the most valuable asset and play a large part in ensuring the company's
success. The employees must be willing and responsible for the business to achieve its
goals. Employee productivity in any organization is relevant for the better performance of an
organization. A better performance makes an employee improve the skills and learning they
have.
According to the findings, the researchers discovered that the male and female groups of
respondents strongly agreed that the evaluation of the work environment, pay structure,
technology and production factors, training and career opportunity, and cultural diversity
influence their productivity level. Also, the results of the study revealed that there is no
significant difference between the evaluation of the two groups of respondents with regard to
the cited variables.
The main problem encountered as to the listed variables was lack of upgraded technology
devices and internet connection, and the least problems encountered were burning time on
inefficient meetings, lack of training and development, and performance management
problems. The researchers proposed different intervention programs for each variable that
will boost or encourage employees to put forth their best effort and maintain employee
engagement while valuing the work.
