Abstract

Lighthouses mark dangerous coastlines, hazardous shoals, reefs and safe entries to harbors. They also assist in aerial navigation once widely used. The number of operational lighthouses has declined due to maintenance expenses and the use of electronic navigational systems. We want other foreign countries to love our place and to protect the heritage of the lighthouse. 16 STEM Teachers and 6 Strand Heads of Bestlink College of the Philippines were selected to test the significant differences in the Level of Acceptability in terms of construction material, procedural methodology, floor plan, and presentation using the t-test. The prominent findings in this study in terms of the variables mentioned above are Highly Acceptable. As suggested, improving the proper wirings and lightning of the lighthouse and being more detailed based on the floor plan are needed. There isno significant difference between the two groups of respondents in terms of the aforecited variables. The outcome can be forwarded to improve the project such as to consult engineers or architects to enhance the study; to use materials that cannot easily break; the floor plan should be accurately used, and to be more artistic on the design of the lighthouse.
