Abstract

This study was concerned about the impact of Research 2 subject to the academic behavior of Grade 12 Humanities and Social Sciences (HUMSS) Strand students in Bestlink College of the Philippines. A qualitative method and survey questionnaires were used to gather data from 100 selected Grade 12 HUMSS Strand students. Research subject will encourage students to understand issues that happened in the surroundings and consider that their work isconnected to the wider issue of the society. This study used the narrative inquiry type of research that serves the answer in the questions and the purpose of this study the best among the types of research. This study discussed the lessons from the source as applied to the plan and investigated the impact of every student’s behavior. Questionnaires were used as a research instrument and distributed to 100 selected Grade 12 HUMSS Strand students. This study focused on the impact of the Research 2 subject on the academic behavior of Grade 12 HUMSS Strand students. The impact of behavior in a research subject in every student will determine its effect on the research subject for Grade 12 students that do not know how and what is the impact of research on their lives and as students. Every student may have realized the importance of the research subject; they will realize the different impacts that may help their lives to become easier than before. This research may improve the knowledge of the students about the different impacts of research study and know the importance of this study. The researchers recommended that every student must know the importance of research in their daily living and the impacts of research that can affect their research subject because of their behavior during the research class.
