Abstract

Many people like sweet drinks, such as milk tea, coke, soya drinks, juice, etc. Hence, we started a business that offers products that people can easily recognize and can fulfill their cravings. The study focused on the assessment of the level of Grade 12 students and teachers from the Home Economics (HE) Strand. Using a descriptive research design, we assessed the level of acceptability of banagano juice. Fivevariableswereassessed in terms of taste, aroma, nutritional value, presentation, and competitiveness. The data were collected by distributing questionnaires to randomly selected respondents from experts and students in the HEStrand in BestlinkCollege of the Philippines. The results of the study showed the assessment of the level of acceptability of banagano juice in terms of the aforementioned variables. The results of defending the variables that will depend on the assessment of the level of acceptability of banagano juice. In general, the product gives a different perspective from the commonly known way of using the main ingredients banana and oregano turned into healthy drinks. The product needs to continuously seek improvement to maintain good quality and become fully developed to compete with other existing products and have high marketability.
