Feasibility Study on Establishment of Foodchanic Shot Resto-Bar in Zabarte Road,Novaliches, Quezon City

This research wanted to propose a business store named Foodchanic Shot and is planning to locate it at 24 Ext. Zabarte Road, Novaliches Quezon City. The business offers a service of resto-bar and mechanic shop. The best thing about Foodchanic Shot is time management because people will have something to do while they are waiting for their motorcycle to be repaired. In that concept, you can save more time especially when you are in a hurry. We offer an affordable budget to the customer such as grilled and express meals with unlimited rice. Foodchanic Shot will be located at 24 Ext. Zabarte Road, Novaliches, Quezon City, which will make it situated near schools, residential areas, and shopping malls. The main objective of the business is to gain profit and offer quality products and services in terms of the food and motorcycle industries. The proponents surveyed 100 respondents by using a questionnaire. The researchers also used secondary sources, such as Internet sources and books, to gain more ideas and concepts regarding the topic. Initially, the authors considered focus group discussion and market observations, as well as ocular visits to the business sites. The results of the survey showed that 100% of the respondents are familiar with resto-bars. A total of 96% of the respondents are familiar with the motorcycle shop industry. Meanwhile, 90% of the respondents prefer to have the mechanical repair shop to be extended for service into a resto-bar. A total of 96% of the respondents are willing to visit a resto-bar for relaxation. Social media is the most effective tool for promotions according to the survey. The researchers studied the industry demand of the chosen business to know the best strategy on how to gain many customers aside from the target market and know what kind of services and product that may offer nowadays that will patronize of customers. The researchers surveyed from District II if the resto-bar with extensional service of small engine parts repair will be popularized and suit the location of business. The proposed business has an initial capitalization that is more than enough to meet the need for operating cost and working capital. The proposed business has an average buffer margin ratio of 10%–80%. Its assets are rapidly increasing due to operation and not due to investment.
