THE EFFECTIVENESS OF MARKETING TOOL TO CUSTOMER SATISFACTION OF SIP N' TEYST IN HOLY SPIRIT BRANCH IN QUEZON CITY

Sip N' Teyst has been established in the market since February 2023. It is located at the Holy Spirit Branch in Quezon City. The shop offers modern and classic food with a touch of Filipino culture. The shop ensures that the products they offer have a Filipino touch, with innovative options such as Silogs and a variety of beverages, including milk tea and frappes. They also offer burgers and fries, which are budget-friendly, making it a popular choice for students and locals. The shop has a lot to offer but is lacking in advertising, particularly on social media platforms. Additionally, the store's space needs improvement to accommodate more customers, which could increase their income. With the help of this study, this business entity can improve its marketing tools through our proposed output. The method used for this study utilized a quantitative correlational research design. A quantitative-correlational research design was selected to study customer satisfaction and marketing tools of the Sip N’ Teyst business. A survey questionnaire was used as part of our method to gather data from the respondents. The design was chosen to determine if there is a significant relationship between the marketing tools and customer satisfaction at Sip N’ Teyst. The results show that there is a statistically significant relationship between the marketing tools and customer satisfaction. It was found that Sip N' Teyst has a lot to improve as a small business, but it has the ability to grow and earn more by addressing the areas where it is lacking. The researchers gathered all the necessary information to help this business entity improve its marketing tools by using an online platform to promote its products. Even though this business already has a Facebook page, it is no longer updated. Thus, it is highly suggested that the owner reactivate their social media advertising. Based on the results of the respondents to the questionnaires, they also expressed interest in purchasing online and providing feedback on their experience with the products and services. It is also recommended to create a QR code for customers to send feedback, which could help Sip N’ Teyst improve their marketing tools based on customer opinions.
