Abstract

This capstone project aims to develop a comprehensive system that analyzes communication channels between barangays to enhance service delivery. The system focuses on improving data sharing and distribution through system integration. By managing collected data effectively, it enhances users’ capabilities in information management and sharing, ensuring a streamlined and efficient process. The Barangay Integration and Real-time Data Sharing System was developed through collaboration with barangay officials to gather insights and feedback. A scalable system architecture was designed to integrate barangay-level functions with a user-friendly interface that complies with the Data Privacy Act. Security protocols were implemented to safeguard sensitive information, ensuring compliance with required standards. The system’s implementation led to improved governance efficiency, enhanced local responsiveness, and better collaboration among stakeholders. It streamlined grassroots-level service delivery, aligning with stakeholder metrics to promote effective governance. The Barangay Integration and Real-time Data Sharing System enhances governance efficiency at the local level. It enables authorities to respond more effectively to community needs while ensuring data security and privacy. Future improvements will focus on strengthening security protocols and ensuring compliance with government standards and regulations.
