LEVEL OF AVAILABILITY OF PERSONNEL IN ASCENDENS ASIA OFFICE AT BESTLINK COLLEGE OF THE PHILIPPINES AS PERCEIVED BY GRADE 11 HUMANITIES AND SOCIAL SCIENCES STUDENTS

In today’s academic environment, students often struggle to navigate their learning modalities and student management systems, requiring guidance from Ascendence Asia personnel. These personnel assist in accessing and monitoring the learning and student management systems, ensuring students receive the necessary support. This study aims to assess the level of availability of personnel in the Ascendence Asia Office and how their presence impacts Grade 11 Humanities and Social Sciences students at Bestlink College of the Philippines. This study used a descriptive research design, which aims to observe, document, and describe a phenomenon without manipulating variables. The respondents consisted of 200 selected Grade 11 Humanities and Social Sciences students from Bestlink College of the Philippines, Millionaires Village Campus, Barangay San Agustin, Novaliches, Quezon City. The quota sampling technique was used to select participants. The study assessed the level of personnel availability in the Ascendence Asia Office based on three factors: Time Management (mean: 3.25), Availability of Personnel (mean: 3.16), and Student Account Assistance (mean: 3.13), with an overall weighted mean of 3.18, described as Agree. In terms of the most beneficial services, respondents ranked the Learning Management System service provider highest at 21.05%, followed by Fixing Learning Management System accounts (20.47%), and General Availability of Personnel (20.18%). Other services included Easy Access to Learning Media Platforms (19.59%) and Providing Guidelines for Multidisciplinary Research (18.71%), which received the least votes. The study found that students generally agree that the availability of personnel, student account assistance, and time management in the Ascendence Asia Office is beneficial. To further improve service efficiency, respondents recommended increasing staff numbers to ensure faster resolution of student account issues.
