This study explores the influence of transformational leadership style on employee productivity at McDonald's, Jose Abad Santos Bambang. It aims to evaluate how transformational leadership, through behaviors and performance, affects employees' productivity. Additionally, the study identifies challenges faced by employees that may impact their productivity, offering a comprehensive understanding of the factors influencing performance within the organization. This study utilized a descriptive correlational research design. A sample of ninety (90) service crew members was determined using Raosoft for sample size calculation, with purposive sampling employed to select the participants. Structured survey questionnaires served as the primary data collection instrument. The results fall within the "Highly Influential" range on the interpretation scale, demonstrating that transformational leadership significantly impacts employee productivity at all levels. The study identified significant differences among the variables associated with transformational leadership, with an F-value of 1.14585, indicating a noteworthy relationship. The research also revealed challenges, such as employee stress and burnout, which affect customer satisfaction. To address these concerns, the proposed guidelines focus on enhancing work-life balance, with objectives aimed at reducing stress and burnout, promoting stronger relationships and personal fulfillment, and increasing employee engagement and productivity. The study demonstrates that the transformational leadership style at McDonald's Jose Abad Santos Bambang, Tondo, Manila significantly influences employee productivity. The study also identifies a key issue: the lack of sleep among service crews, which negatively impacts their performance. By implementing the recommended guidelines, leaders can address these challenges and further enhance employee productivity. This research provides valuable insights into the role of transformational leadership in improving workplace efficiency and overall employee performance.
