This study seeks to evaluate consumer perceptions of Café De Franz’s products and services, offering insights that can guide improvements through strategic recommendations. The quality of products and services plays a vital role in shaping consumer perception. By understanding customer needs and preferences, businesses can enhance their competitive edge and improve overall customer satisfaction. The researchers adopted a mixed-method approach, integrating qualitative and quantitative data collection techniques. Data was obtained through interviews and survey questionnaires, using purposive sampling to target relevant respondents. A total of 20 customers from Café De Franz participated, offering insightful feedback on their perceptions of the café's products and services. The study's findings highlight the challenges respondents face when availing themselves of products and services in coffee shops, particularly in the following areas: Service (3.85) – A friendly and accommodating staff significantly enhances customer satisfaction. Product Quality (3.90) – The visual appeal and presentation of coffee drinks and food items contribute to a more enjoyable customer experience. Ambiance (3.85) – Cleanliness, comfort, and aesthetic appeal play a crucial role in shaping customer perceptions. To improve customer experience, the study recommends creating a welcoming and peaceful environment, enhancing customer service through clear communication, actively gathering customer feedback, and maintaining a clean and inviting space. The coffee shops should focus on delivering high-quality products, maintaining a comfortable and aesthetically pleasing environment, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance customer loyalty and brand recognition. These improvements will not only boost customer satisfaction but also create a welcoming ambiance that attracts new patrons. Furthermore, emerging coffee shops can use these insights to effectively manage customer expectations and ensure long-term success.
