This study aims to evaluate the demographic profile, the effects of price increases on the pancake business, the challenges encountered, and recommendations for improvement. The research examines various elements of the pancake business, including market trends, customer preferences, and the influence of pricing strategies. Offering a daily menu with affordable breakfast options can draw in more customers, enhancing the business's reputation for delivering high-quality meals. By ensuring that pancakes maintain their consistent taste and visual appeal, businesses can strengthen customer loyalty. This approach not only improves customer retention but also positions the business as a dependable provider of tasty, visually appealing, and reasonably priced meals. The study also provides valuable recommendations to mitigate the effects of price increases and address operational challenges in the pancake industry. This study adopts a quantitative research design, utilizing the cluster sampling technique to select respondents. Data was collected through survey questionnaires and interviews to better understand consumer preferences, employing purposive selection and verbal approaches to determine their needs and expectations. The study surveyed fifty (50) consumers, revealing a shift in demand towards more affordable breakfast options, visually appealing pancakes, sustainable packaging, and services that consistently meet client expectations. These findings underscore the importance of addressing affordability, presentation, and sustainability to enhance customer satisfaction and ensure the long-term success of the pancake business. The results reveal important insights, with consumers giving a rating of 3.56 for the pleasing appearance of pancakes, 3.62 for the importance of sustainable packaging, and 3.62 for the focus on meeting the clients' needs when providing services. These findings emphasize that customers value product quality, eco-friendly practices, and customer-centered services. Based on these insights, it is recommended that the business prioritize enhancing the visual appeal of its pancakes, adopt more sustainable packaging solutions, and continue to tailor its services to meet the specific needs of its customers to improve satisfaction and loyalty. The study highlights that most respondents strongly agree on the issues faced in the pancake business, particularly regarding product quality, presentation, and service. Consumers expressed concerns over the overall experience, with an emphasis on product consistency, appealing aesthetics, and customer service. These findings provide a crucial foundation for understanding consumer perceptions and can guide improvements in the pancake business. By addressing these areas—quality, product appeal, and service—the business can better meet customer expectations and enhance overall satisfaction.
