This study aims to develop an intelligent ordering system integrated with a chatbot to automate order processing, enhance inventory control, and improve customer experience. The system features a tracking function that assigns a unique transaction number to each order, enabling accurate monitoring from placement to fulfillment. By automating key business processes, the system minimizes manual errors and contributes to greater operational efficiency and improved customer service. This research utilized a development-based approach involving system analysis, design, implementation, and testing. The ordering system was evaluated based on functionality, security, and user experience. Feedback from initial testing was used to refine the interface and improve order tracking and data management capabilities. The system was also assessed for scalability and adaptability to suit various business environments. The findings indicated that automation significantly reduced errors in order processing, enhanced tracking accuracy, and streamlined business operations.
