The majority of respondents were aged 21–25, with an even gender distribution. Most held Food and Beverage Services NCII certifications and worked as food and beverage attendants. It fosters professional growth by enhancing career mobility, financial rewards, and job security. Certified individuals gain confidence and become more competitive candidates for specialized roles due to their alignment with industry benchmarks.
