In recent years, child development centers (CDCs) have experienced growing administrative demands that often divert educators from their core responsibility of teaching. Manual tasks such as attendance tracking, enrollment processing, and record-keeping are prone to inefficiencies and errors. This study aims to address these challenges through the development of the Child Development Center Management System (CDCMS), a web-based platform designed to automate and streamline essential administrative processes in CDCs. The project adopted the Agile Scrum methodology due to its flexibility and adaptability to change. Work was organized into short iterations, or sprints, allowing for continuous development and delivery of functional components. This iterative process enabled the development team to incorporate user feedback and adjust to evolving requirements, ensuring the final system was responsive to the practical needs of CDC operations. The implementation of the CDCMS addressed key administrative issues identified during the project’s initial phase. The resulting system provided a fully operational, web-based platform that enhanced the efficiency of child development centers. The Child Development Center Management System (CDCMS) proved to be a valuable technological solution in managing early childhood education centers. It successfully mitigated the limitations of traditional paper-based and semi-digital systems, which often involved time-consuming processes, data inaccuracies, and lack of transparency.
