Abstract

In today’s diverse society, promoting inclusivity in recreational activities is essential. Rancho Luisito Resort, located in the tranquil setting of Rodriguez, Rizal, offers a range of recreational facilities designed to accommodate a wide variety of guests. However, to truly uphold inclusive values, it is important to develop programs that ensure all individuals—regardless of background, ability, or preference—can fully enjoy and benefit from the resort’s amenities. This study aims to assess the impact of recreational activities on overall guest satisfaction by evaluating offerings such as water sports, fitness programs, cultural events, and entertainment options, and determining their influence on the guest experience. This chapter presents the research methodology adopted in the study. It covers the research design, selection of participants, sampling method, development and validation of research instruments, procedures for data collection, administration and retrieval of questionnaires, and the statistical techniques employed for data analysis. This chapter presents the results of the study, which were analyzed using appropriate statistical techniques and evaluated according to the established research criteria. The data are presented in tables and interpreted in alignment with the specific research problems outlined in the study. Guest satisfaction is a vital aspect of the hospitality industry, with recreational activities playing a key role in enhancing the overall guest experience. This study explores the impact of resort recreational activities on guest satisfaction, focusing on three core dimensions: entertainment, relaxation, and personalization. Through the analysis of guest surveys and feedback, the study highlights the most valued elements in recreational programs, including variety, accessibility, and alignment with individual preferences.
